Meadow View Realty's Amazing Treasure Hunt in Wales MA.

Who doesn’t like finding treasures? Well in the small mountainous town of Wales Massachusetts, filled with farmland and a population of 1,838 (according to 2010 US Census), located 93 miles northwest from Boston, several beautiful antique treasures were found by Rita Flagg of  Meadow View Realty, LLC., while cleaning out a “Fix and Flip” project.

You see Meadow View Realty is not just your normal Real Estate Agency. They also have  several additional services. They have a team of licensed Realtors there to help you with all  your buying, selling, renting, and leasing property needs as well as Professional Liquidators

that can handle all your cleaning out needs. Meadow View Realty can help you many different  ways.

So, while Rita Flagg was cleaning out the former home of Dr. Betty Forest (founding Director of  the Nursing Program at Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, Massachusetts in  1990) she stumbled upon several priceless and beautiful items.

Item #1

1932 Bavarian Porcelain China by

Heinrich & Co

A vintage set of 1932 Bavarian porcelain china by Heinrich & Co with pattern number  70366, featuring pink rose swags with blue scrolls, cream rims and 22kt gold trim. This set includes oval-shaped platters, an oval serving dish, a round covered vegetable serving dish, gravy boat, eighteen dinner plates, eighteen salad plates, eighteen soup bowls, eighteen bread and butter plates, eighteen fruit or dessert bowls, eighteen saucers, a covered  sugar bowl and a creamer. They are marked ‘Selb Bavaria Heinrich & Co Germany.’

Item #2, #3, #4, #5

Antique Wooden Framed Mirrors

Several breathtaking antique wooden framed mirrors with Stained Glass borders and accents and etchings. Framed in solid woods like Oak, Cherry and Cedar these beautiful works of art were sold off and donated to nearby residents that were interested in  welcoming these additions into their homes.

Item #6

Century By Holmes & Edwards 1923

This silverware pattern is known as Century by Holmes & Edwards was introduced in 1923 and subsequently discontinued. The very distinct Roman looking urn surrounded by scrolls at the top of the handle give this pattern a very historic hue. This set contains several teaspoons, sugar spoon, casserole spoon, gumbo soup spoon, sauce ladle, dinner forks, cold meat fork, butter knives, dinner knives, butter spreaders and a 3 piece  carving set (including a knife, fork and sharpener)

Along with these valuable trinkets there were also some priceless items like Dr. Betty  Forest’s Phd., and several Achievements Awards given to Dr. Forest for her outstanding

work and life changing presence. Several phone calls have been made to place these  invaluable items so that they can continue to encourage young women to become as  pioneering and driven as Dr. Forest.

As the “Cleaning out” process comes to its completion. Meadow View Realty of Rindge,  NH., along with several local contractors from the area and Mrs. Rita Flagg will be going  into phase two of the “Fix and Flip” project. Repairing and/or replacing and remodeling  from top to bottom. Everything like the roof, floors, porches, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and landscape will be improved, renovated and repaired. It's time to take this abandoned house and make it back into an adorable home, ready to be filled with a new  family so decades of new memories can be made.
